Here is a fantastic wine from a bodega with few resources, but a lot of expertise and first-rate raw material, unique in quality and originality. Produced using grapes from very old vine stock of the Callet variety, found all over the Balearic Islands, this remarkable wine is a delightful surprise due to its elegance, structure and character.
It releases a whole host of aromas redolent of the Mediterranean, with red fruits very much in evidence, as well as toasty notes and hints of damp earth, mingling with fine touches of tobacco from Havana, rarely found in other Spanish wines.
A long finish, refined, fruit-forward and slightly bitter, to round off this excellent and unforgettable wine.
This is a great wine that will certainly not disappoint - not even the most exacting palates!
A dark cherry-red colour and dense in appearance, the nose is powerful with aromas of forest fruits (cranberries, strawberries and blackberries), mint, chocolate, lactic, toasty and mineral hints. It is creamy, dry and ample on the palate, showing good acidity and having a pleasing fruit finish. All in all, a very flavoursome and well-balanced wine.
Aged in barrel for 13 months (80% French and 20% American oak)

You might know the AN/2 which is a wine of great value. This is their more expensive wine which also is a super nice full body wine with lots of character.
