With a vast experience working in countries such as Australia, New Zealand, the US and South Africa, and over 20 years as winemaking consultant at Châteauneuf du Pape and other wineries in the south Rhône valley, Xavier Vignon is currently considered to be one of the top oenologists in the region. Using his deep knowledge of the world of wine, alongside the utmost respect for terroir and the environment, Xavier seeks inspiration in a range of traditions from places as far apart as Australia and Champagne to elaborate an amazing collection of wines with unique personalities.
