La Monacesca Verdicchio di Matelica

Monacesca Verdicchio di Matelica is a robust, important white wine with great personality and structure. Upon visual examination it shows a straw yellow color. The nose reveals a remarkable olfactory complexity, with notes of anise, cedar and dried fruit in evidence. Very powerful and rich in structure on the palate, juicy, deep and with a long persistence, with a nice mineral finish. Excellent paired with important fish dishes, sweet cheeses and white meats.
