Tuderi is a red wine based on Cannonau with a dense, soft and fruit-rich personality. At sight it appears of a very intense ruby red color. The scent is explosive and fruity, with intense notes of ripe red fruit, blueberries, black cherries, humus and undergrowth.

Intriguing but..too sweet (and it is not a dessert wine)

I have been fascinated by Dettori's wines, and I am in a quest to try them all, but here the sweetness really took me aback. The Chimbanta (made with Monica) started very sweet as well, but within an hour the acidity and the tannins had come together to offset it, making a truly delicious wine. I kept this Tuderi bottle open, without a stopper, for five days and the sweetness didn't dissipate or even diminished. The last day was the best one, though, but even then it became a bit cloying after two glasses The two last ones). Famously (or infamously, according to your view), Dettori's wines change from bottle to bottle, but I guess the Tuderi 2014, for all its merits (and it has them), will always be too sweet.

    Sardinien pur

Vollmundig und erinnert an einen sardinischen Sonnenuntergang. Selten einen so guten Wein getrunken, er ist und bleibt mein Lieblingstropfen. Einfach super

Logudoro means "golden place". And it is here, among the rolling hills of north-western Sardinia, that the Dettori family has invested in vineyards and cellars to produce an historic wine which is natural and a long way from market needs. Well-tended saplings and an around-the-clock monitored built-in wine cellar: the fruits of the sacrifices of three generations have thus come to fruition in one of the wineries most beloved by devotees of thebiodynamic method. Everything ...
