The wine
At sight it is ruby red, on the nose you can perceive memories of ripe cherry and raspberry, shades of white pepper, mineral tones and spicy hints. The flavor is guided by a silky tannic texture and is characterized by a closure that returns to the spices. To be combined with meat-based preparations of the land cuisine, excellent with roast sheep with potatoes.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
