Collepere Verdicchio di Matelica Grillì

Grillì reveals its straightforward adherence to the nature of the territory, with no need of frills and presentations: it is clear and direct in style, ready and dynamic to drink. And, last but not least, it has an extraordinary quality-price ratio. "Grillì" (cricket) is also the name by which the family was called, perhaps because of the habit of some ancestors to jump here and there like a cricket, indeed, chattering with friends.

Grillì's production is completely traceable, as it is conceived as a tribute to cleanliness and correctness in drinking. A white wine with a straw yellow color, very brilliant, with backlighting nuances tending to green, rich in floral aromas of acacia, broom, ripe fruit of apricot and peach. On the palate it is rich, sapid, fresh, with a citrus acidity but no harshness on tongue, thanks to a good smoothness and a full body. The final is long and an inviting almond trail shows up after the sip.
