The wine
The Vermentino Don Giovanni produced by the Mogoro winery has a bright straw yellow color with reflections that turn greenish; to the nose it expresses finesse to the attack and then intensifies with typical aromas of the vine of elderflower, aromatic herbs, green apple and pear. The sip is crunchy, savory, balanced and with a good structure. Drink very pleasant. Perfect in combination with fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
