The wine
Cannonau Riserva Chio is a Sardinian red wine which is presented in the glass with a brilliant ruby color; on the nose it expresses hints of fruit and floral notes of violets and withered roses, all enriched by spicy memories of nutmeg, vanilla and tertiary aromas of leather and carob. On the palate it is elegant, fine, well structured and always balanced. Dry and soft, fresh and enveloping, intense aromas and subtle notes. Perfect in combination with game and game but also as an aperitif to accompany snacks of cured meats, cold cuts and truffles.
