The wine
Intense straw yellow, the nose is delicate but persistent, pleasantly fruity, with a slight hint of golden apple and almond. On the palate it is balanced, full-bodied, elegant and of excellent persistence. Excellent as an aperitif, fish first courses, fish and shellfish broths, white meats, fresh cheeses.
