The wine
Bright and consistent yellow, the nose is fragrant and elegant, with notes of white peach and candied citrus peel and hints of perfectly melted wood. On the palate size and shape are in perfect union; the class of Pinot Blanc, the volume of Chardonnay and the sweetness of Picolit are in balance; the savory finish is dominated by sweet notes that enhance its amplitude. Particularly suitable for fish dishes, risotto and fresh cheeses.
