The wine
Viña Pomal Rosado 2024 is an elegant rosé from Rioja Alta made with 70% Garnacha Tinta and 30% Viura, using the saignée method and careful fermentation at low temperatures to preserve all its freshness. Bright quartz pink in colour, it displays delicate aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and violets, with subtle hints of anise. On the palate, it is silky and balanced, with lively acidity that makes it versatile and perfect for enjoying as an aperitif or with rice dishes, seafood, salads, and spicy dishes.
