This is the 100% Cabernet Sauvignon offered by the winery in their single varietal range. The grape variety has adapted well to the climate and terrain found in this part of the Empordà region, and this wine reveals great varietal personality with excellent structure and balance.

Most expressive, with aromas surfacing of ripe black fruit and spicy hints. Displaying fine silky tannins and an elegant mouth-feel.

Aged for 12 months in American and French Allier oak barrels, and subsequently in bottle.

This is one of my favourite single varietal cabernet sauvignons; luscious, well aged, full bodied and true to the grape.

This wine shows it's age well . A port like colour and beautiful taste . Smooth and a must have again bottle .

Great with a steak or even without!

Luscious and rich but still perhaps comes a close 2nd to the 5 fincas in my opinion despite its age!
