Details for Cresta Rosa
Blanc Pescador and Cresta Rosa have been benchmarks in Spain since they started out in the 1960s. Two elegant wines with a subtle sparkle that comes about purely as a result of a natural second fermentation occurring over a period of two weeks; the lightest of bubbles are slowly released on uncorking the bottle and produce a slight tingling sensation on the taste buds.
A pale rose colour and very bright, this wine is pleasantly aromatic and lightly fruity on the nose. Enhanced by the touch of sparkle, it is light and delicious on the palate.

good for every occasion.
To drink as a aperitif. To drink on a summer day. To drink at the table with friends. It's also affordable as a everyday table wine. Nice, refreshing, not too alcoholic, with a surprisingly lightly toasty yeasty taste, due to the second natural short fermentation that produces the pleasent bubbles. Always to have it ready in the fridge.by: Mike Berry (24/08/2018)
