The wine
Sweet, complex wine, characterized by aromas of candied fruit, vanilla and floral notes. At sight it is yellow with lively green reflections; The nose is complex and elegant characterized by sweet hints of flowers and fruit. Quince, acacia flowers, apricots in syrup, persimmons, candied fruit, custard and dog rose. The sip is elegant and structured, with a great balance of flavors and sensations; hints of cashew, marzipan, papaya, prickly pear, strawberry tree, sultanas blend. Honey aftertaste of balsamic essences. It goes perfectly with tasty, spicy and blue cheeses. Ideal for dry pastries and fruit desserts.
