The wine
Mariazdo is produced in the Aosta Valley by the Le Vieux Joseph winery; to the eye it has a bright garnet red color. The nose gives off aromas of red fruits with spicy and balsamic touches and notes that refer to the earth. The sip on the palate is clean and vertical, very savory, fresh and mineral with a light finish. Perfect in combination with risotto with mushrooms, white meats and blue and aged cheeses.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
