Smooth and tasty

A wine which slips down nicely, not overly complex but enough to make you pay attention. Tasted at a group tasting of 18 people, the majority rated it the second best wine of the tasting.

Ibiza in a bottle

The herbal notes are what make this wine so special. The fragrance of fennel and lavender that fills the air across the island has been magically captured into the grapes so every taste instantly transports you there. Definitely make sure it isn't cold when serving, ideally it would be close to body temperature to release the herbal notes.
