The wine
What does this wine taste like?
It has a pale yellow colour with greenish reflections, clean and bright.
The nose is intensely aromatic. Notes of white fruits such as pear and apple stand out, along with hints of tropical fruits and a soft floral background. Citrus nuances may also appear, adding freshness.
On the palate it is:
- Smooth and slightly sweet
- Light, with an agile mid-palate
- Balanced by refreshing acidity
- With a pleasant, fruity finish
The residual sugar is well integrated, so it is not heavy. This balance between sweetness and freshness is the key to its success. If you are looking for an easy-to-drink, aromatic, semi-sweet white wine with a touch of sweetness, this is it.

Drinking and storing
Bach Extrísimo Blanco Semidulce is designed to be consumed young, when it retains all its freshness and aromatic expression.
Recommended serving temperature: between 6 and 8 °C.
At this temperature, its fruity aromas are enhanced, and its sweetness is better balanced.
Practical tips:
- Chill it in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
- Avoid serving it too cold, as it will lose its aromatic intensity.
- Once opened, keep it cold and consume it within a maximum of 2 days.
This wine is not designed for long ageing. Enjoy it in its early years to appreciate its fresh and fruity character.
Food pairing
Thanks to its semi-sweet profile and good acidity, it is a very versatile wine at the table. It works especially well with dishes that combine mild, spicy, or slightly hot flavours.
Recommended pairings:
- Appetisers and assorted tapas
- Asian cuisine with sweet and sour touches
- Mild and creamy cheeses
- Foie gras and pâtés
- Fruit salads
- Low-sugar desserts
It is also an excellent choice as a welcome wine at celebrations or to accompany a special afternoon tea.
If you like contrasts, try it with slightly spicy dishes. The sweetness helps to balance the spiciness and brings harmony to the whole.

Winemaking
This semi-sweet white wine is made from selected white grape varieties, vinified separately to preserve their aromatic character.
The process includes:
- Gentle pressing to extract only the highest quality must.
- Controlled fermentation at low temperatures, which preserves the primary aromas.
- Partial interruption of fermentation to retain some of the natural sugars.
The result is a balanced wine, where the sweetness does not mask the fruit, but rather enhances it.
The philosophy of Bodegas Bach combines tradition and modern technology to guarantee consistency and quality in every vintage.

The winery
Masia Bach

In 1915, brothers Pere and Ramon Bach i Escopet acquired the Can Estrada estate and gradually increased their holding with the purchase of new estates until obtaining 365 hectares. The project they had in mind was the production of wines intended for ageing and for this purpose they built a cellar, 95 metres in length, which was later enlarged. The first bottles of Bach appeared at the 1929 Barcelona Universal Exposition. Sadly, Ramon died in the Civil War and in 1942 his brother...
