Unless there is something I really don’t understand about either the area of the grapes of the aim of this sort of making, I can only say That this wine is weird at best. It tastes like an unfinished, or partly fermented, juice. It is quite possible I will learn to appreciate it (after all I was silly enough to order a few). Maybe I just need more info and light about the project or idea behind this wine. Btw I am usually very much into the craziest wines. That, for now, is just—unfortunately—bad.

Great Wine

Was looking for a wine that had been made using Carbonic Maceration that was made here in Spain. The Luberri wine was beautiful, young, fruity, smooth yet still contained the trace of Rioja. Well worth the money
