The wine
Lustau Puerto Fino is a classic fino from El Puerto de Santa María, aged under a veil of flor in the unique microclimate of this coastal town. Dry, light and saline, it offers aromas of raw almonds, bread dough and very characteristic marine notes. The palate is vibrant, with refreshing acidity and a long, sharp finish. Bottled by Bodegas Lustau, one of the most prestigious houses of the Marco de Jerez, this fino is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany seafood, sushi and Asian cuisine. A perfect choice for those who want to ask questions as they embark on their journey through the world of authentic sherry.
