The wine

Tr3smano Proventus 2020 is a vibrant interpretation of the most contemporary Ribera del Duero, without losing the essence of the terroir. Made from Tempranillo grapes from old vines located at altitude, this wine offers an expressive and refined profile, with a measured ageing in French oak barrels that enhances its character without overpowering it.

The nose displays juicy fruit intensity: black cherry, wild blackberries and a balsamic touch, enveloped by subtle notes of cocoa and elegant toast. The palate is balanced, enveloping and flavoursome, with polished tannins and a lively acidity that adds freshness and persistence.

An excellent choice for those looking to discover the new generation of Ribera del Duero reds: powerful but accessible, complex but easy to enjoy. Ideal with grilled meats, stews or a good platter of Iberian cured meats.

It also seeks to recall the old Castilian expression ‘trasmano’ or ‘desmano’ to identify that which is not within reach but a little further back, that which is out of the way. Everything that is not easy to find and obtain. Tr3smano, in short, unites the origin where the...
