The wine
Prunotto Barolo is a persuasive and exciting wine, with an intense garnet red color with ruby reflections. The nose reveals a scent of very ripe stone fruit, well blended with floral and spicy notes. The flavor is intense, with sweet and enveloping tannins and a long aftertaste. Due to its characteristics of structure and body it goes well with meat dishes, game and cheeses.
