The wine
A passito characterized by an unusual freshness and an overwhelming drink. At sight it has a bright golden color; on the nose it expresses notes of dried and candied fruit and spicy hints. The sip is sweet and velvety in excellent balance with acidity and flavor. Excellent in combination with blue cheeses and dry pastries.
