The wine
The Ironico Frizzante wine produced by the Paololeo winery has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, a fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals intense aromas of white flowers, green apple, pear and citrus fruits. Fresh taste, rightly acid and harmonious. The lively and effervescent energy of the bubbles and aromas make it persistent and pleasant. Perfect in combination with appetizers, fish appetizers and fish dishes.
