Orlando Abrigo Nebbiolo d'Alba Valmaggiore

Nebbiolo d'Alba Valmaggiore takes its name from a Roero cru from the Orlando Abrigo company. At sight it has a light ruby red color; on the olfactory examination it presents floral hints of rose and wild berries on the whole it is fine and elegant. The sip is broad with a fine but present tannic texture. Sapid and mineral, of great persistence. Excellent with beef, pork and chicken. As an appetizer, it is well suited to cold cuts or cheeses. It goes very well with risotto, pasta and lasagna.
