Nivarius

The N of Nivarius. Tempranillo white, viura, malvasía and white maturana together to make a direct wine that brings together all the virtues of the native varieties of La Rioja, floral and fruity with a fresh and balanced mouth. Manual harvest Each variety is vinified separately, in such a way that, depending on the variety, the farm and the characteristics of the vintage, cold maceration times are modified prior to pressing, as well as fermentation conditions. After fermentation, a brief aging is carried out on lees (around four months), after which the different farms and bottling are assembled. The wine remains in the bottle two months before its commercialization.

Clean and bright with a straw yellow color with reflections of the same color. The nose is fresh and complex, where the aromas of white fruit of bone with floral backgrounds dominate. In the mouth it has a dry entrance, with a fresh and balanced mouth that invites you to continue drinking.
