The wine
Monte Tondo Foscarin Slavinus is an expressive and fascinating wine with an intense yellow color with golden green nuances. The nose shows amplitude and excellent complexity, with notes of thyme, cedar and yellow plum. In the mouth it reveals a great body, tense with a refreshing and decisive acidity; solid and dry, with a broad and gritty taste. Perfect on first courses of fish, shellfish, white meats and soft cheeses.
