Marchesi Antinori Solaia

Solaia is an elegant and refined red. It is presented in the glass with a very intense ruby color. The nose reveals a wide and deep bouquet, an inviting fruity aroma of plum and red fruit in alcohol, with vanilla notes, an excellent spice of cocoa, black pepper, coffee, cinnamon and tobacco. On the palate it offers enveloping and velvety sensations, with a balance that accompanies the entire tasting phase, expressing the sweetness of ripe red grapes. It goes well with very tasty and aged cheeses, with beef fillet cooked with intense spices and with furred game, always cooked with spicy and aromatic sauces.
