Maixei Dolceacqua Superiore

Ruby red color that during aging turns to garnet hues. Soft, savory, slightly warm and velvety flavor with pleasant, typical bitter aftertaste. The scents recall the wild strawberry, the rose and the dried violet, with the refinement also notes of licorice and aromatic herbs appear. At the table it is an excellent accompaniment to mature cheeses, game of both fur and feather, the typical "goat and beans".
