The wine
At sight it has a bright ruby red color with slight violet reflections; the nose is elegant and articulated. Harmony of perfumes with fruit and sweet spices in evidence: blackberries, black cherry, cinnamon, dill. In closing, hints of tobacco leaf and cocoa beans. The sip is full, decisive and captivating. Pomegranate, ripe plum and vanilla accompany the important tannic structure. Good persistence. Refined. Perfect with feathered game, red meats, roasts, medium and long matured cheeses
