The wine
Fuoriclasse del Sangiovese, an authentic paradigm of the genre, Flaccianello reveals to the eye a sumptuous, ruby dress with light purple hues destined for long evolution. On the nose, above a texture of berries and cherry jam, it is striking for its balsamic and mineral amplitude, for the depth of the toasted hints of coffee and chocolate, for the spicy and herbaceous ones of cinchona and licorice. Soft and warm, in the mouth it is exceptionally balanced by powerful yet integrated and silky tannins, within a complex robust and dynamic structure, certainly inclined to decades of evolution.
