The wine
The Trento Extrabrut Cuvée n. 4 2015 from the Etyssa winery is an excellent wine to drink as an aperitif in moments of conviviality. At sight it has a straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage; the nose reveals delicate fruity and floral notes of white flowers and hints of bread crust and dried fruit. The sip is refreshing and well balanced between minerality and flavor. Perfect to accompany appetizers and small aperitif snacks, battered vegetables, fish tartare, cheeses and cold cuts.
