The wine

El Peruco, like all the wines produced by this vine grower, is a wine with a very definite personality. In production, a small percentage of white grapes are added, grown on some Albillo vines planted among the Tinta Fina, and although a fairly small detail, this enhances its singular character with just the right extra touch.

The grapes used to make this wine originate from the estate of the same name, comprising some old vineyards lying at an altitude of 860 m in the district of Olmedillo de Roa, on sandy ground with few stones and little clay in the sub-soil.
