Habla del Silencio is a wine very easy to drink and a very good choice for getting to know the wines both of Extremadura and this bodega. Close your eyes, bring the glass closer and you'll be surprised: the distinctive champagne traits appear, richly impressive, like fireworks being set off on the palate, offered on a generous, fresh entry.
What does this wine taste like?
Its powerfully intense, purplish-blackberry colour prepares us for an array of rich, attractive, engaging aromas of nutmeg, graphite, blackcurrant, cassis (very discernible aromas that can be found in rosé champagnes), and, after swirling the glass, aromatic hints are detected of fungi and creamy cakes, coming through most elegantly. As it passes through the mouth, the wine has a lot to deliver in body and power. Give it plenty of time on the palate and then see how it builds up for a truly explosive finish.

Complex and very drinkable
After our holiday in Extramadura we wanted to try again (at home )some of the wines we had tasted - the Habla group of wines are relatively expensive, but do not disappoint. Different from many other spanish wines, I recommend you try this.
Good wine for tapas
Juicy young wine with just enough depth and elegance to hold its own with rich food. Paired well with aged manchego and Iberico. Very good value.
Unknown but shouldnt be.
Excellent with a roast. Not well known outside Extremadura at the moment. A secret at the moment but not for long.
Absolutely fabulous wine full bodied and great tasting and service I’ve just reorder more. Thank you so much
