If you are like me and love Italian food and all its flavours then look no further than Fèlsina Chianti Classico. Its a super wine very smooth. It bursts with flavour. In relation to value, its scores very high in my estimation. In fact I prefer it to other far more expensive brands
Excellent Chianti Classico!
It paired perfectly pasta and veal meat cooked in tomato/wine sauce. Even some friends that are not big fans of red wine commented very positively on the wine-food combination and the cherry notes that it presents.
Very Nice Chianti
The Felsina Chianti Classico Riserva 2018 is a very nice Chianti. The tannins are bit tight, but it has good nose and opens up nicely on the palette.
A lot of potential
A bit closed nose. Abundant fruit, not too acid nor tannic, but not settled yet. Far from the 2013 but approaching.
Well balanced Chianti
Medium bodied with hints of plum, violet and spice. A pleasant, peppery after taste and well balanced overall.
