Thrilling Syrah

Almost a total Syrah wine, only 2 % Viognier. A though wine, I was surprised it only had 14 % alcolhol but it taste much more.

Needs more time to reach peak

Oak, fruit, tobacco on the nose. Good but a shame not to give it another 3 -5 years to fully develop. Fine winemaker.

Boom!

What a great flavour bomb! Berries, tobacco, wood - everything there. But still quite present tanins and acidity. Give him at least another 2-3 years in the cellar. It will be worth the wait.
