El Duende

The aromatic and heady Garnacha 2021 El Duende was produced with the grapes from two vineyards in San Martín de Unx. It fermented destemmed with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and matured in French oak barrels for 15 months. It has a ripe nose and some rusticity, juicy and slightly tannic. It finishes dry with some dusty tannins. Better with food. 1,400 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2023.
