The wine
Vernaccia's most precious ingredient is time. It matures for over 20 years in oak and chestnut barrels, in which thanks to the flor yeasts the indomitable soul and the inimitable taste of this wine emerge. Its golden color is intense like a passion that has lasted for four generations, its perfume is persistent like the love for its land. It gives its best at the end of the meal and if accompanied by almond paste desserts.
