Capichera Vermentino Capichera

Capichera is a wine of great personality, very recognizable, of a bright straw yellow color with light golden reflections. The nose is affected by the frankness and the warm finesse of the aromas that appear little by little, with an olfactory spectrum that opens slowly offering hints of hawthorn, orange blossom, wisteria, rosemary, thyme and banana. The closure reveals mineral traces. In the mouth a complex and enveloping wine appears, characterized by a great balance of flavors and aromas: a continuous chase of sweet and acid, fruity flavors of pineapple and citrus. On the table it happily approaches seafood dishes such as mussels au gratin, fish soup, seafood risotto, stuffed cuttlefish, stewed meatballs, scorpion fish in stew, grilled eel.
