The wine
The Nuragus di Cagliari Ajò produced by the Mogoro winery is a still white wine and has a straw yellow color with reflections that turn greenish. The nose reveals delicate hints of white pulp fruit, such as green apple and pear and notes of melon and hazelnuts. The sip is well balanced, soft on the attack and then acid and mineral at the right point. Excellent in combination with fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
