Review

Delicate, floral and fruity, with an elegant, fine and persistent perlage. Ideal aperitif glass, excellent with appetizers, it goes very well with any dish, including fish. From a DOCG vineyard at 300 meters above sea level, on clayey and sandstone soils.

Top class Prosecco from a small producer in Valdobbiadene.

This is a delightfully dry Prosecco but not over dry. With light bubbles and a hint of pear it is a very pleasant drink at any time of the day or night!
