The wine

This new organic Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut is the natural consequence of the production philosophy of the Bortolomiol family, always attentive to practicing sustainable and environmentally friendly viticulture. Here the attention to the values of naturalness is extreme. During the harvest time two days are completely dedicated to the harvest of these grapes to guarantee absolute control over the quality values and optimal ripeness. The bubbles are fine and persistent and the bright straw yellow color suggests a good energy of the wine. Energy that we find both in the deep and austere nose, with fragrant fruity, mineral and floral notes reminiscent of acacia honey and almond blossoms, and in the mouth.

Here the sweetness is controlled and the flavor combined with a good freshness confers solidity and gustatory vigor to the wine which is very persistent. The possible combinations are those typical of Brut even if in this case the minerality and vigor make us think possible a combination with snails cooked at home with garlic and parsley or with wild herbs.

The founder of the current winery which specializes in sparkling wines, Giuliano Bortolomiol,...
