The wine
Produced from the best grapes of the Costalunga estate, in S. Ambrogio in the classic Valpolicella area, it comes from selected bunches placed to dry in the fruit cellar for 3-4 months. Rich, opulent, enveloping, imperious and caressing, it is a riot of confectioned red fruit, undergrowth, licorice, sweet spices. Ideal with roasts, game and mature cheeses, but also alone, as a meditation wine.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
