The wine
Chardonnay, the principal varietal in the coupage, brings freshness and ageing potential thanks to the continental climate it grows in, while Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes from the Mediterranean climate of Penedès round the cava off. A splendid Gran Reserva; complex, expressive, with a guarantee of a long life.
