The wine
The main varietal behind this cava, Pinot Noir, thrives in the continental climate of Segrià, ensuring a fresh cava with ageing potential. The coupage also uses Trepat from Conca de Barberà, and its continental climate, and Xarel·lo from the Mediterranean area of Penedès. A creamy, delicate and extremely elegant Gran Reserva.
