A coupage of the traditional varieties, and including Chardonnay, is the foundation of this organic Cava which brings champagne very much to mind, but at a price that is hard to beat: a wonderful texture, creamy, mature, full of fruit, fresh and with a low acidity making it very pleasant on the palate.
Aged for a minimum of 18 months in a horizontal position.
Drinking and storing
This cava has been irresistible. We just wanted to taste it but could not stop. It is very nippy but not too much, tastes nice to a meal but also on its own, not too dry but dry enough.
