Domaine Bobinet Les Landes

Very good and intense

At the beginning Les Landes seemed more cabernet sauvignon than cabernet franc, more straight blueberries and less bell pepper. Only the second day the wine opened up completely and the peppercorn and green pepper aromas and flavours of the grape started to appear and become clear. It was intense, even rich, but also well-delineated, with good tannic structure. Very good now, but probably even better a in a few years.
