The wine
The Merlot-Cabernet Rungg of the Tramin company is a South Tyrolean wine; it shows a brilliant ruby red color, the perfume offers touches of red fruit and spices to the nose. The sip is full-bodied and structured, the tannic texture is soft and balanced. Long and persistent finish. It goes well with main courses of red meat: roast, game, braised. Also excellent with aged cheeses.
