The wine
This sensual wine features notes of red cherry, black cherry, tobacco, spices and licorice. The elegant and well balanced tannins with the fruit show a good degree of ripeness of the grapes. The finish is long, juicy, fresh and pleasant, with the crunchiness and structure of an authentic Sangiovese di Castelnuovo Berardenga. Perfect in combination with red meat dishes, game and aged cheeses.

Tolaini
A young winery in Castelnuovo Berardenga that channels part of its innovative experimentation into organic vineyard management. Pierluigi, who returned from America to Chianti specifically to devote himself to the territory and wine, gives us a range with a clear but traditional style.
