The wine
The Merlot Rosato produced by the Abruzzese Tenuta Ulisse is a wine obtained from the “white” vinification of Merlot, this vine, vinified in a particular way, provides an exuberant rosé wine with a fruity, intense and harmonious taste. The wine has a bright pink color with intense and elegant aromas of red fruit such as blueberry and raspberry and fine floral notes of rose. In the mouth it is appreciated for its good acidity and for the notes already perceived on the nose. The finish is of great persistence and pleasantness. Excellent as an aperitif or with light cured meats, ham and melon, cod, boiled meats and white meats.
