The wine
The Passerina di Offida produced by the Sartori estate is a fresh white wine that plays on the tones of herbs and white peaches blended in a gritty pleasantness. It should be consumed quite young, usually no later than the second year of life. Good acidity and persistence in the mouth. Ideal both as an aperitif and as a meal wine.
